Ka `Ikena Concept Kitchen
We will be taking the ideas of Leahi Concept Kitchen and bringing them home to the Ka `Ikena PM Restaurant.
Our goals are to create multiple dining concepts that will eventually become the model for the highly anticipated restaurant at the Culinary Institute of the Pacific at Diamond Head.
BYOB – Bring your own bottle
Corkage fees do apply
$10 per bottle of wine and $1 per bottle of beer. This is to offset the cost of providing glassware, ice, and beverage service.
Our PM staff are a mix of students in Mr. John Santamaria’s Dining Room Class, Chef David Brown’s Patisserie class as well as paid kitchen and wait help staff.
We pay our staff a livable wage.
As in our lunch service No tips will be accepted by our staff. Donations to our program are greatly appreciated and can be dropped in the donation box at our hostess stand. Those donations are used for scholarships, equipment, expenses for our program and advancing the education of our students.
